Refund Policy

 

Review our refund policy and submit your account for review if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

Merchandise:

We gladly accept cancellations before item has shipped. 

​

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Individual Engineering Gals Live Seminars:

 

All sales for individual live seminars are final. If you are unable to attend the seminar during the scheduled date or time, we offer a credit for the amount paid for the seminar to your account which can be used towards another live seminar. However, the credit expires after the one-year period.
